Knowledge sharing traditionally happens on public forums that are highly filtered or in live one on one off the record conversations. Neither allow for "real talk" where people can gain insights from members of their professional network in a timely manner with everyone's busy schedules. Other anonymous forums are not vetted which means that information is not coming from a reliable source. This forum solves these issues by combining quality, experienced people with the veil of anonymity to ensure complete honesty.

The pilot will last 1 month from 7/30-8/27. Every Thursday, moderators will post topics to discuss, but community members can post whatever they want at any time including new threads and questions. If the pilot is successful, the community will be extended longer term.

We only ask that you check in once during Thursday to comment on the official moderated topics between 1-3pm Eastern time. Topics will be announced 1pm Eastern. This can be 5-10 minutes of your time.

An organizational behavior PhD, recruiters, HRBPs, compensation and learning & development experts, D&I professionals, and HR tech founders from a variety of different companies including Google, Facebook, Uber, Wework, and HelloFresh to name a few! We also have a wide variety of geographies represented from NY to San Fran to Berlin to Serbia to Singapore to Australia.

If the pilot is successful, you can surely apply, but lifetime free membership to the community and beyond will be only be available to pilot members.

Your profile will be filled in with your identifying information, and we will send you video instructions on how to erase your name and substitute it with a username of your choice. Your profile is in your full hands, even moderators will not be able to trace your identity after this.

If you choose not to exercise your anonymity, that is your choice, but we do not accept responsibility for any public repercussions if you elect this. We also count on members not to reach out to others and pressure them to disclose their identity and encourage members in the forum to limit any identifying comments related to where they work.

As a general guideline for maximum anonymity: instead of saying, "At Uber we do this", ideally you can say, "At a large tech company in the ride sharing space, they do x."

We want to create as safe a space as possible while maximising honest conversations.
