Peyton Ames was founded in 2015 by Victoria Sehgal after helping a friend in urgent need of finding executive talent to launch e-commerce platforms across Europe and Asia for Rocket Internet. She heard the same complaint over and over again. HR didn't understand the business or took too long or did not take a critical, analytical approach to searches. Since then, Peyton Ames has expanded into a full fledged talent consultancy whose mission is to bring business and tech thinking to HR and create cutting edge talent solutions and thought leadership for the future.

Victoria Sehgal is an investment banker turned start up consultant turned recruiter turned coder.
She started her career in investment banking at J.P. Morgan then transitioned to scaling start ups for Rocket Internet and Toptal. Most recently she has served as VP of Global Talent Acquisition at Rocket Internet and Global Founders Capital while expanding Peyton Ames.
Peyton Ames started as a talent consultancy, but has now branched into a community of highly vetted and successful people and start up incubator for companies related to the future of talent and work.
